Innovative Tools for Private-Public Cooperation in the Spanish Biotechnology Sector

Panelists will provide an overview of the Spanish public-private collaboration route in biotechnology, using two innovative examples: The Foundation MEDINA and the INNOPHARMA project. In both cases the origin and history of these entities, their functioning and their experience will be explained. In addition, an example of the results in the use of a collaborative tool by Spanish Government to promote the PPP R&D consortia, will be outlined.
