Mission:

This Group is focussed on treating, in a highly specific way, the issues of greatest concern directly relating to the financing of biotech enterprises in Spain. Therefore, this groups fundamental objective has been one of identifying potential areas of common interest on which to recommend a series of measures that can be applied in the short and medium term. The suggestions for improvements to the public aid programmes (such as PROFIT), the demand for a Young Innovating Company Charter in Spain, or the making of conditions for stock market quotation for biotech companies more flexible, are some of the challenges taken on board by this Group.

Latest Activities:

Presentation of a proposal for a Young Innovating Company Charter in Spain to the Director General Secretariat of Industry of the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism. Drawing up of a positioning document with suggestions for improvement of the PROFIT Programme.
