Celtarys Research expands into Targeted Protein Degradation with new tools for PROTAC and Molecular Glue discovery
Celtarys Research has expanded its drug discovery portfolio into Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD), launching new fluorescence-based assay kits and screening services for scientists developing PROTACs and Molecular Glues.
The company has launched ready-to-use CRBN and VHL Binding Assay Kits, enabling researchers to quantify ligand binding to two of the most widely used E3 ligases in TPD research. Based on fluorescence polarization, the assays allow scientists to compare and rank compounds early in discovery using 96- or 384-well formats and are compatible with high-throughput screening workflows.
Celtarys also offers CRBN and VHL binding screening services, allowing researchers to send compounds for quantitative affinity characterization.
The launch is the first step in a broader TPD offering. Celtarys is preparing additional capabilities for DCAF1 binding, ternary complex cooperativity assessment and intracellular E3 ligase engagement.

The expansion builds on Celtarys' expertise in both fluorescence and medicinal chemistry to develop practical tools for modern preclinical drug discovery.
