The Role

We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will work on cutting-edge medical devices, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop, test, and refine innovative designs that will impact patient lives. This is a unique opportunity to grow in the medical device industry, contributing to both design and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative medical devices, from concept to prototype.
• Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software.
• Perform testing, validation, and simulations to ensure design feasibility.
• Generate prototypes for testing and demonstration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to process improvements.
• Document the design process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM) and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Onshape).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• Interest or experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
