The Role

As a QA Technician (Junior/Senior), you will be instrumental in establishing and managing our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with external consultants and cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives that will shape the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the QMS and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily quality operations, including inspections, batch release, and documentation control.
• Manage supplier quality, conduct audits, and monitor performance.
• Lead/support CAPA processes and root cause analysis.
• Ensure proper equipment qualification, calibration, and validation.
• Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance.
• Provide training and guidance on quality procedures.

Who You Are

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience: 
  
  • Junior Level: 1–3 years in Quality Assurance/Control (regulated industry preferred).
  • Senior Level: 5+ years, including QMS implementation, supplier quality management, and CAPA leadership.
• Skills & Competencies: 
  
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Passionate about quality, innovation, and making an impact in the medical field.
