AseBio. What does your company's work bring to the table and what is its strength?
Marc Ramoneda. Appliant value proposition is breaking data silos to increase operational efficiency in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
We have packed 15+ years of biopharma expertise into applications GMP compliant, developed with zenon technology (www.copadata.com).
Our ‘Manufacturing Intelligence Platform (MIP)’ is the product to operate the biopharmaceutical manufacturing site and where all the apps could be add-on to increase the operational efficiency.
The add-ons to the MIP are RTPQR (Real Time Product Quality Review), CPV 4.0 (Continuous Process Verification 4.0) and RTR (Real Time Reject).
All the apps have its own GMP validation package and are 21Part11, Annex 11, GAMP5 Cat4, etc. compliant.

Marc Ramoneda. AseBio is the organization which includes all the key players in biopharmaceutical manufacturing in Spain and offers a portfolio an interesting portfolio of services that fits into our current needs.
AseBio. When did you first hear about AseBio?
Marc Ramoneda. We’ve heard about AseBio about two years ago, but recently in conversations with our customet Cocoon Bioscience.
AseBio. What do you expect from being part of an association like AseBio?
Marc Ramoneda. The right environment to gain insights about biopharmaceutical manufacturing challenges and synergies with companies to address such challenges.
AseBio. What is the biggest challenge facing the biotech sector (or your company)?
Marc Ramoneda. The major challenge is to have a Control, Automation and Digitalization solution to address the challange of flexibility, scalability and cost efficiency required by small-medium biotech companies.
