Kadans presents its new space for innovation in life sciences: Clesa Innovation Center
Located in the heart of biomedical innovation in Madrid, and with an investment of over 35 million euros and 18,000 m² of space dedicated to health research as well as scientific, social, and outreach activities, the project helps to strengthen the city’s position as an international life sciences hub.
Kadans Science Partner, a leading European investor in the development of ecosystems and real estate focused on knowledge-intensive (deep tech) sectors, presents its new centre destined to become a hub for R&D and development in the life sciences and healthcare sector, the Clesa Innovation Center.
Located in Clesa's historic factory in the Fuencarral-El Pardo district of Madrid, the 18,000 sqm space will be dedicated to R&D&I, including a 3,000 sqm cultural and convention centre. The Clesa Innovation Center will offer an innovative environment for life sciences and healthcare organisations, with numerous advantages for future tenants, including state-of-the-art laboratories, clean rooms, prototyping facilities, flexible workspaces, an auditorium, an exhibition hall, networking areas and perimeter gardens.
September 25th will mark the first occasion on which Kadans offers a visit to this cutting-edge facility. The meeting, called One Health - One Science, will bring together scientists, innovators and life science professionals.
