Kadans welcomes Quantexa as the first tenant at Node I, launching an innovation community at Málaga TechPark

Kadans Science Partner, European leader in investment, development, and management of innovation real estate, proudly welcomes Quantexa as the first company to establish its offices at Node I, the latest innovation hub at Spain. As the inaugural tenant, Quantexa marks the beginning of a dynamic community where leading technology companies, researchers and innovators will come together to accelerate advances in semiconductors, artificial intelligence and other deep-tech disciplines.

Quantexa's arrival represents an important milestone in the development of Node I, recently opened in April 2026. More than simply occupying a new office, the company is helping to shape the innovation community within the building designed to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange and technological breakthroughs. As well as joining the ecosystem of Málaga TechPark.

Quantexa chose Node I for the quality of the building, one of the most modern facilities in the technology park, and for the flexibility of its spaces, which has been tailored to meet the technical requirements of different projects, including utilities, ceiling heights and specialised installations, among others.

Beyond the building itself, the company recognises the value of joining an innovation ecosystem where companies, researchers and partners can connect, collaborate and accelerate growth.
