Neural Omega to present its full molecular mimicry pipeline at BioSpain 2026
From clinical data to drug discovery: Madrid-based biotech Neural Omega will make its international debut at BioSpain 2026 (Bilbao, September 29–October 1), presenting a technology pipeline that turns molecular mimicry science into new therapeutic targets.
Neural Omega, a Madrid-based biotechnology company focused on decoding autoimmunity through molecular mimicry, will exhibit at Stand 122 during BioSpain 2026, the company's first public appearance before the international biotech community.
The company's model connects two complementary verticals into a single pipeline. Neural Omega Health builds a proprietary, real-world data layer from both sides of care: Maia Clinical equips healthcare professionals with a clinical reference tool, while Maia Corpus brings that same scientific foundation directly to patients. Together, they generate the data layer that powers Neural Omega Research: MAR Platform structures clinical research data for academic and pharmaceutical partners, while Massa, an AI-driven molecular mimicry detection engine, identifies novel drug targets by tracing how environmental pathogens mimic human tissue, the mechanistic link behind a growing share of autoimmune disease.
At the core of this pipeline is ANA, Neural Omega's proprietary AI for categorizing molecular mimicry patterns at proteome scale, to our knowledge without an equivalent on the market.
That end-to-end thesis, from clinical data to therapeutic target, is what Neural Omega will bring to BioSpain's Startup Pitch Presentations: Drug Development & Delivery track on September 30th in Sala Raúl Martín, where the company will present its case to an international pharma and investment audience.
"Autoimmune disease has been treated as a mystery for too long. Our work at BioSpain is about showing the field that molecular mimicry gives us a concrete, traceable path to understanding it, and to treating it." said Pedro Bernardo Martín-Borregón, Founder & CEO of Neural Omega.
