PROJECT MANAGER

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated professional to join our esteemed organization as a Project Manager for Bioprocess Equipment Manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in the design, development, and manufacturing of cutting-edge bioprocess equipment, including bioreactors and Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) systems.
• Interpretation of P&ID and monitoring of its evolution.
• Design and preparation of technical documentation.
• Oversee and ensure the seamless execution of all project-related tasks by all stakeholders, encompassing mechanical engineering, electronics, and production, to being according to URS.
• Strategically plan and meticulously execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for equipment, ensuring unparalleled performance prior to delivery to our esteemed clientele.
• Foster direct and frequent communication channels with clients, adeptly understanding and meeting their specific requirements, expectations, and timeframes.
• Skillfully manage project budgets and allocated resources, guaranteeing optimal efficiency and the attainment of predetermined objectives.

Requirements:

• A prestigious academic background with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering, Biotechnological Engineering, or related field.
• A distinguished professional trajectory, exemplifying significant expertise in project management within the realm of bioprocess equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership acumen, effectively coordinating and motivating multifaceted teams, fostering collaboration, and inspiring exceptional performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to engage effectively with discerning clients and internal stakeholders alike.
