Tecnic Process Equipment Manufacturing is a renowned company in the process equipment industry, committed to excellence in manufacturing and product quality. In line with our continuous pursuit of process improvement and regulatory compliance, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable specifications, standards, and regulations in the manufacturing of pressure equipment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all manufactured products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards and ensure operational efficiency.
• Effectively manage quality incidents, investigate root causes, and apply corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide training and development in quality-related topics to team members, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
• Review and approve quality documents such as manuals, technical specifications, and procedures for accuracy and suitability.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards and regulations, especially those related to the manufacturing of pressure equipment.
• Coordinate and manage required quality testing and certifications for manufactured products, working closely with accredited laboratories.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and higher education in Quality Management.
• Proven experience in quality control and certification of pressure equipment.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Experience in the development and implementation of quality policies in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to conduct effective and efficient quality inspections and audits.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for managing quality incidents.
• Experience in coordinating and executing quality testing.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to the manufacturing of pressure equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Certifications related to quality control and pressure equipment manufacturing will be considered a plus.
