QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN

TECNIC Bioprocess Equipment Manufacturing, a leading bioprocess equipment manufacturing company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Technician to join our team. If you are passionate about quality and excellence in work, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that products meet established quality standards.
• Identify and document any deviations or non-conformities found during inspections.
• Collaborate with engineering team to address quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
• Participate in equipment qualification and validation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control activities.
• Prepare the necessary documentation for CE certifications of pressure equipment.
• Ensure that the documentation for equipment is up to date.
• Compile the 3.1 documentation for pressure equipment.
• Ensure updated documentation of the management system.
• Perform calibrations of the equipment.

Requirements:

• University or technical degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar quality control role, preferably in the bioprocess equipment manufacturing industry.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team.
