Scientist

The position is aimed to hire a strongly motivated, dynamic and excellent researcher with a PhD in life sciences who desires to continue his/her career in a Spin-off company. The candidate will:

• Work in coordination with the Research Director.
• Develop cutting-edge cellular tools in the field of new CAR-T and allogeneic therapies (OC-3 project) in order to implement it use, culture conditions and scale-up feasibility at the pre-clinical and clinical stages.
• Collaborate effectively with an extensive network of scientists.
• Collaborate with the execution of other projects within the company.
• Conduct independently in vitro and in vivo immunological analysis.

Qualification required:

• PhD holders with reasonable post-doctoral experience in scientific areas related with Cell Biology, cancer, hematology and immunology.

Experience required:

• Scientific track record demonstrated with publications is mandatory.
  
   
• Strong knowledge and technical skills in cell culture and molecular biology.

Desirable experience:

The following experience specifications constitute a qualification bonus:

• Expertise in FACS.
• Expertise in hemato-oncology and/or immunology.
• Expertise in general cell culture of cell lines and primary cells.
• Expertise handling primary human blood samples.
• Experience in viral vector production.
• Experience with animal models and/or immunodeficient mice.
