Janssen consolidates its certification as an 'Excellent Family-Responsible Company'

Janssen in Spain has renewed its efr Certificate with an excellent rating, consolidating its long path as an "Excellent Family-Responsible Company (efr)," since the first time it obtained this distinction in 2008. It is a recognition granted by Másfamilia Foundation that recognizes those entities that, from their structure and organization, contribute most to work and family life balance.
Ana Morales, HR Head of the company in Spain, explained that this certificate “highlights our commitment to people and the value that Janssen places on the quality of life of our employees, as well as our commitment to work-life balance and inclusion. From an organizational point of view, we are aware of the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic and that is why we believe that integration and continuous alignment of our people strategy with the 'efr Model' allows us to face future challenges with strength and enthusiasm”.
The efr Certificate is a title granted to those entities that promote conciliation, equal opportunities and social inclusion at work. To renew the certificate, an external auditing company accredited by the Fundación Másfamilia carries out an annual audit, in order to guarantee the effectiveness of the companies' conciliation management model and the search for continuous improvement.
