Natac has participated in the CBE JU Stakeholder Forum 2026, one of the key events for the future of the circular bioeconomy in Europe, where its CEO, Antonio Delgado, presented SustaiNext as an example of innovation brought to industrial scale.

During his intervention in the panel “From lab to fab: enabling scale up of bio-based innovations”, he addressed key aspects such as the technical and regulatory requirements needed to ensure a successful transition to large-scale production. He also emphasized the importance of integrating the entire value chain into the project, as well as building its future implementation on win-win agreements that ensure benefits for all stakeholders and enable the long-term sustainability of the model.

In this session, which brought together leading representatives from the bio-based industry, access to funding and smooth collaboration between companies and European institutions were highlighted as key factors to drive the bioeconomy forward.

In addition to participating in the conference programme, Natac was also present in the exhibition area with a stand where it showcased the progress of the SustaiNext project, whose ultimate goal is the construction of the world’s most sustainable, innovative and advanced botanical extracts biorefinery.
