AseBio. What does your company's work bring to the table and what is its strength?
Óscar García. We are IP law firm with more than 90 professionals, including European patent attorneys, lawyers, engineers, biotechnologists and chemists, among others.
Our services cover all areas of IP, we provide global, personalized advice, in a different and efficient way that facilitates and simplifies strategic decision-making.

Óscar García. We've known Asebio for a long time. But it was during Biospain 2023 when we spoke with them and the opportunity arose to become allies.
AseBio. What is the biggest challenge facing the biotech sector (or your company)?
Óscar García. Our patent department in the area of biotechnology and chemistry comprising 8 European patent attorneys. Our challenge is to be part of our clients' success through top-quality IP advice.
