Meet Globalfinanz, our new ally. We talked to Begoña Torregrosa, partner and head of Collectives.
AseBio. What does your company's work bring to the table and what is its strength?
Begoña Torregrosa. Globalfinanz helps entrepreneurs and/or HR managers of companies to implement an insurance program to protect the health and life of their employees, enhance their loyalty to the company and retain them by taking care of what is most important to them.
Our company is specialized in advising about insurance for people.
As Insurance Broker we work with more than 60 Insurance Groups and we are independent, so we always find the best option for our clients.
In addition to health insurance and life insurance, we have insurance instruments to facilitate talent retention, loyalty and incentives, and complement your pension.
AseBio. What is AseBio for you?
Begoña Torregrosa. It is an Association of Companies that have the same goal as us of protecting people and sustainability. This makes us feel very identified with the Association offering a vision and services that can complement the objective of the Association. Our company is a leader in the use of technology in the insurance mediation sector and we can greatly facilitate the management and care of people.
AseBio. When did you first hear about AseBio?
Begoña Torregrosa. Earlier this year. We also recently coincided in a Radio Intereconomía program, Negocios de Carne y Hueso, which was recorded at the Pons Foundation in Madrid. Globalfinanz actively participates in this same radio program giving "advice" and information of interest to entrepreneurs and businessmen.
AseBio. What is the biggest challenge facing the biotech sector (or your company)?
Begoña Torregrosa. In our opinion, the biggest challenge we face is to be able to "match" the strong technological development with the training of our teams and with the use and knowledge on the part of society. It is a very exciting challenge.
In our company we started with the digitization of the business in 2012, being pioneers in our sector and this has allowed us to develop strongly in recent years, making things easier for our clients.
