Proteos Biotech is continuing the expansion all over the world
This biotechnological Spanish company is the producer of recombinant enzymes under the brand of pbserum that are known in more than 60 countries all over the world
Recombinant enzymes are biomolecules that accelerate biochemical reactions obtained by genetic engineering. This means that through selecting the right genes in a very sophisticated sustainable and reproducible way a certain molecule can be produced.
Proteos Biotech uses unique genetic engineering technology that guarantees the recombinant enzymes are specifically chosen to be more active and potent causing minimal side effects. The research and technology behind pbserum are what makes it efficient and safe for patients as well as easy to use for doctors covering a variety of indications, such as jowl remodellation, double chin, corporal adiposity, cellulitis and scaring process. It is part of a new scientific approach called regenerative medicine, where through research and science we can offer a breakthrough on aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery and dermatology.
The year 2023 started for Proteos Biotech with some events in KSA and Tunisia as well as a strong participation at IMCAS global congress held in Paris on January 26-28th. pbserum apart from being present with a booth, held there educational events, such as symposium and meet the expert to share medical experiences with international key opinion leaders from all over the world: Dr Jan Balczun (Germany), Dr Elena Rumyantseva (France), Dr Erik Santaella (Mexico), Dr Zineb Benanni (Tunisia) and Dr Medhat Abdelmalek (Jordan).
Second important event, especially for middle east countries, was Dubai Derma Exhibition, held on 1-3 of March; during which pbserum Medical line was introduced in UAE as the first country among MENA world where recombinant enzymes are registered as an injectable medical device. It is a great milestone that will result in a series of in-coming registrations in many middle east countries. Pbserum medical line was presented as a new horizon in aesthetic medicine by international experts Andreea Boca (Romania) and Elena Rumyantseva (France).
The workshop tour in UAE followed the congress and was the continuation of the launching process around the whole country. The 15 masterclasses led by two international speakers dr Andreea Boca (RO) and dr Seva Rustamzade (AZ) took place in Dubai and Abu Dhabi during 4-7 of March, which resulted in 43 fully trained local experts of pbserum.
On the threshold of March and April took part the AMWC worldwide congress in Monaco. It was another opportunity for the vast doctors’ publicity to get to know pbserum recombinant enzymes.
It is just the beginning of international expansion of pbserum throughout the world. In the year 2023 there are 17 new markets to be opened, mainly in middle east.
