Promonitor - ELISA

Promonitor devices are in vitro diagnostic tests to be used in laboratories for the Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM) of a series of biological therapies for the treatment of inflammatory diseases. TDM applied to biological therapies is defined as the measurement of Drug Levels (DL) and Anti-Drug Antibodies (ADA) levels to aid in the management of patients. TDM is widely available in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), which include Crohn’s disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC), and to a lesser extent in rheumatic conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), spondyloarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, among others, and dermatology (psoriasis). Biological drugs covered by the Promonitor product line are: Infliximab, Adalimumab, Golimumab, Etanercept, Rituximab, Vedolizumab and Ustekinumab)
