Suppliers Homologation Quality Assurance Technician

We are looking for a Suppliers Homologation Quality Assurance Technician to fill this key position reporting directly to the Materials Quality Assurance Manager.

In your role, you will actively participate in supplier approval management by auditing suppliers’ manufacturing plants, visiting on-site workplaces, at international level.

To this end, you will ensure that the necessary activities are carried out in the Company to comply with the applicable “Regulatory Requirements” and the “Quality Management System” in the activities of management of suppliers of materials and/or services and support to the area of Materials management.

You will also provide active support in the continuous improvement of the quality system and in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies for the overall improvement of the Quality area of the Company.

• You will actively participate in the management of supplier approval by going to their plants internationally to perform initial assessments, classify suppliers, evaluate by questionnaire according to risk, audit manufacturing plants, evaluate performance to finally approve the supplier.
• You will manage the execution of the Quality Management system associated with Supplier Management, Change Controls, Deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), Risk Analysis.
• In addition, you will manage the GMP documentation associated with your area of Supplier Management, Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Formulas, Analytical Methodologies.
• You will give active support in the implementation of the new computer systems of the Quality area, (ERP, Document Management and management of Change Controls, Deviations and CAPAs).
• You will review and approve materials for use in production and quality control processes.
• You will review the additions, deletions and modifications of materials and raw materials.
• You will support in the execution of Quality projects: product development, process validations and reporting.
• You will support in the execution of customer and regulatory audits.
