Stablished as a Spin-off of IMDEA Nutrición, Microsei is focused in microbiome analysis for pharma industry, probiotic manufactures and medical purposes. Microsei is developing a platform for an integrative analysis and its long term objective is to offer personalized microbiota interventions.
Products and services
NGS and nanopore sequencing and bioinformatics ofr microbiome analysis. We cooperate with scientific groups in designing and performing microbiota experiments and with industry to monitor microbiota and antibiotic resistance genes in their process.
