Intusomics is a CRO specialized in advanced bioinformatics and high-value translational biology. We help hospitals, research centers, and biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies turn complex omics data into actionable biological results, biomarkers, robust hypotheses, and useful decisions for development, validation, and publication. NGS and multi-omics analysis: genomics (WES/WGS), bulk transcriptomics and single-cell RNA-seq, and multi-omics integration with metagenomics, proteomics, and metabolomics to extract biological signal with translational value.

Microbiome, metagenomics, and resistance profiling: 16S and shotgun analysis for taxonomic and functional profiling, resistome analysis (antimicrobial resistance genes), pathogen detection, microbial biomarkers, and in silico discovery of antimicrobial peptides (AMPs). 

Statistical consulting and experimental design: sample size, power analysis, customized models, and analysis plans tailored to each biological hypothesis and development objective.
